Thank You

To our Volunteers, Sponsors & Participants
Thank You for Making the MLK Marade a Powerful Community Moment
The NAACP Little Rock Branch extends our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this year’s MLK Marade an extraordinary success. Because of you, we didn’t just host an event, we strengthened community, honored legacy, and served with purpose.
We thank every participant who marched in unity, every volunteer who gave their time and energy, and every partner organization that stood with us to ensure this day reflected the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s call to service, justice, and collective responsibility.
We offer a special thank you to the Little Rock Police Department for their professionalism, support, and commitment to public safety, which helped ensure a smooth and successful event for all.
We are also deeply grateful to our Grand Marshals, Broadway Joe and Goodfellas Barbershop and Barber School, whose leadership, community presence, and ongoing service exemplify the values Dr. King championed. Your participation elevated the Marade and inspired everyone in attendance.
A special thank you as well to MLK Elementary School for opening its doors and welcoming our community with warmth and support. Your partnership helped create a meaningful space for connection, celebration, and service.
From planning to execution, this event was powered by collaboration and love for our community. Together, we demonstrated what is possible when we show up for one another with intention and action.
Thank you for marching, volunteering, supporting, and believing in the work. The MLK Marade reminded us that service is the rent we pay for living, and together, we proudly paid it forward.
With gratitude and continued commitment,
NAACP Little Rock Branch
Together, let’s honor the dream and move it forward.
